EGINA is a deep offshore oil and gas project in Nigeria , located 150Km from the coast .
Development in 1500 m water depth includes a moored FPSO ,an offloading calm buoy , production loops and injection lines .
Gas is exported via a pipe line.
Pre-FEED
• Following day-to-day progress of project and interface engineering activities (detailed) by CPY engineering team and EPC contractor when nominated.
• Participation to technical evaluation and negotiations
• Preparation of studies/technical dossier to assist package manager coordinate the development of project engineering
• To review earlier studies/reviews (HAZOP, HAZID, PTR, Risk Assessment etc, feedback from previous projects.) undertaken ensuring recommendations on the BuOY are properly taken into account.
• Ensuring close coordination with disciplines to avoid discrepancies and documentation recycling.
• Managing / attending as necessary project and technical follow up meeting with ENGINEERS, then EPC contractor for proper control of the BUOY boundaries interfaces for all project stage (engineering to start up).
Post-FEED
During detailed engineering, he/she will prepare and present technical dossiers concerning the detailed engineering of the Project, in order to assist the Package Manager in coordinating the development of the Project engineering.
• Reviewing of engineering documentation (basic and detailed) in view of tracking interfaces issues at BUOY boundaries.
• Ensure compliance by Contractor with Project Specification and Company’s referential
• Review and comment OLT engineering documents prepared by EPC Contractor
• Manage execution of detailed, fabrication, FAT, precomm and comm engineering for the subject matter/sub package assigned by OLT BUOY manager
• Provide technical assistance to the execution of offshore installation works, as required and under the direction of the Installation Management team.
• Manage reporting during all phases and more particularly the close-out report
