About this Scholarship
There are five University of Sheffield Santander Postgraduate Scholarships 2012. These scholarships are available for students starting their postgraduate taughts masters degree in any faculty in the University in September 2012. Each scholarship will take the form of a £5,000 tuition fee reduction for one year only.
Eligibility
To be eligible to receive a scholarship students must be self funded and classed as overseas for fee paying purposes, plus be a national of, or permanently domiciled in one of the following countries:

- Columbia
- Mexico
- Peru
- Portugal
- Puerto Rico
- Spain
- Uruguay
- Venezuela
To be eligible, you must apply for a study place by 22 June 2012 and hold an offer of a study place for entry in September 2012.
The University of Sheffield Santander Postgraduate Scholarships 2012 will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and a short personal statement demonstrating an interest and passion in enterprise and entrepreneurship.
How to apply
If you wish to be considered for this scholarship you need to apply to study at Sheffield. Eligible students will automatically be sent details of how to apply for a scholarship from January 2012 onwards.
Applicants cannot apply for the scholarship before being offered a study place at Sheffield.
The deadline for applications is Friday 29 June 2012. The results will be announced by Friday 27 July 2012.
