Tangent is looking for some Business Analytics for SmartCare CEM project.
Overview：
The Position is responsible for identifying or baselining the business performance in the area of Operations & Call Center which related to CEM area. And analysis any new business metrics should be developed to meeting SOC/CEM transformation and KBOs .
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical and operational requirements;
Co-ordinate, manage and update solution team on [Customer] priorities;
Determine and analyze business requirements and ensure translation into service specifications, solution definitions and high level use case design and it's value capture analysis;
Evaluate the capability of the solution to meet [Customer]’s requirements, and ensure solution is viable and aligned with solution interaction strategy;
Prepare ROI and Business Cases;
Meet Customer’s long term strategic business direction by implementing aligned and appropriate short term solutions;
Requirements：
10 years proven record of industry related Business management and analytic；
Language: English(Fluent), French(Prior)
