A Leading Industrial Systems Integrator is looking for experienced IT and Electrical Engineers to support its automation and integration offerings. Minimum qualification is BSc (2.1) in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with three (3) years hands-on core experience. A Master’s degree and exposure in a foreign firm will be great advantage.
Major Areas:

1. Industrial Networking (2 Nos)– Experience in the implementation of industrial Ethernet, Fiber and Wireless Networks; Modbus, Fieldbus, Profinet configuration; Understanding of PLC, metering, relays, actuators, and media converters; and exposure in Oil & Gas environment will be added advantage.
2. Asset Tracking (2 Nos) – Good knowledge of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), use of RFID, RTLS, GPS, Cellular, Satellite and Sensor technologies in tracking trucks, containers, refrigerated vans, heavy duty equipment and people will be great advantage.
3. IP Surveillance CCTV (2 No) – Experience in large scale installation and configuration of IP CCTV Systems, Conversion of Analog CCTV Systems to digital platforms in industrial applications -Factory, Oil & Gas, Mining, Transportation, Water & Wastewater, and other outdoor harsh environment applications.
4. Command & Control Room Development (2 Nos)– Experience in the setting up of modern control room with large screen displays, security control workstations, content management and integration of primary networks and devices.
5. Human Resources Management (2 Nos)- Practical exposure and implementation of modern HR Consulting Systems – Performance, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management; Succession Planning, Learning Development, Outsourcing, and HR Strategy for a large industrial organization with a minimum staff strength of 5,000.
